These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clario AI platform ("Clario," "we," or "us") at useclario.ai. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Platform

Clario AI is a study tool for personal educational use. You may upload content that you own or have the right to use. You may not upload content for purposes other than generating study materials, and you may not resell or redistribute AI-generated study materials as your own original work.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth. We do not store passwords. You may have one account per person.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Free trial users are not charged unless they choose to upgrade.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. The AI-generated summaries, flashcards, and quizzes produced from your content are provided for your personal study use. Clario AI retains ownership of the platform, software, and AI models.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent platform limits, reverse-engineer the AI system, use automated scripts to access the platform, or upload content that violates copyright or contains illegal material.

Disclaimers

Clario AI generates study materials using AI and cannot guarantee accuracy on all topics. Study materials are meant to supplement, not replace, your primary course resources. We are not responsible for academic outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
